What is strip poker? It is an exciting card game, one which is rapidly gaining popularity with the masses. It is also known as “trampolining” and is usually a variant of the original table game where players discard clothing as they handily lose a successive round. Any other form of poker can easily be adapted for a strip format; but it’s commonly played with little more than five-card draw, with many other variations too. These include “tray” or “DVD” format games where there are several hands dealt to the table and the last player to “lay out” will reveal their cards – often revealing an underlying hand. So how do you win at strip poker?
Knowing what is strip poker rules is the first step to winning: When you’ve chosen your table and drawn the number of chips you have to play with, you then need to decide on your starting hand. As in regular poker, your starting hand is made up of two cards – one for the house, one for the opposition. The purpose of this is to make it more likely for you to make a flush, and less likely to lose all your chips, even if you do manage to win a few more cards. Also, if your opponents do not have the same number of chips as you do, you will almost certainly lose.
After choosing your starting hand: the next step is to reveal your cards. This means that you are now either holding no clothes or wearing clothes, depending on whether your choice was no clothes. If revealing your cards means that you’re holding no clothes (perhaps the result of a previous betting Streets! ), then strip the remaining shirt or piece of clothing. If revealing your cards means that you’re wearing clothes (perhaps because you’ve been holding stashed away poker hands, or maybe because you’re “working the numbers”), then strip the rest of your clothes.
Then, all players should check their chips and start placing their bets: When a new player starts playing strip poker, he or she should immediately start counting before placing any bets. While counting, it’s important for players to keep in mind exactly how many chips they currently have, in order to avoid losing too much money when the chips go down. While playing strip poker against someone who has a good idea of how much they have, it’s easy for that person to simply fold, taking their chips with them. Counting before betting is a great way to stay focused, and in the case of what is called the blinds, is an excellent way to make sure that you don’t bet more than you can afford to lose.
In addition to counting before playing: while counting chips is a great way to stay focused, you should also keep an eye out for the other people playing in the table. If there are a lot of players at the table, especially if most of them are professional players, it’s an indication that the chips are real money. Therefore, playing strip poker with someone who doesn’t appear to be a professional could be a good way to lose big money!
At the same time: however, some players who are new to playing strip poker may decide not to wear any clothing, at all. This is a personal choice that each player must make based on his or her personal comfort and safety.
Some players, of course, prefer to wear something when playing because they like the feel of the clothing on their bodies. As long as everyone is enjoying themselves, no one should object to this.
